Event Booking & General Sales Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

  • Reservation Confirmation: Events and parties are confirmed once a signed contract (if applicable) and a non-refundable deposit are received.
  • Deposit Requirements:
    • Corporate Events: 50% deposit required. Balance due on the day of the event.
    • Birthdays & Social Events: 100% deposit due at time of booking.
  • Deposit Deadline: Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation to secure the event date.
  • Final Payment: Any outstanding balance or additional charges must be paid on the day of the event.

2. Guest Count & Same-Day Use Policy

  • By booking your party, you are confirming the agreed number of guests attending.
  • Funds for absent guests may be used toward other attractions or food/beverages at Eddie’s on the same day of your event.
  • No refunds or rainchecks will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the booking.
  • All credited amounts must be redeemed on the event date—no carryover to future dates.
  • Outside Food Policy: Please note that we are a nut-aware facility. No outside food & beverage is permitted.

3. Refund & Credit Policy

  • Cancellations: If canceled 14 or more days before the event, the deposit will be credited to your Volt Raceway account for future use (valid for 12 months).
  • Online Bookings:
    • All sales are final. No refunds for missed or canceled online bookings.
    • Email info@voltraceway.com at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit to your Volt Wallet.
    • Requests made less than 24 hours before an event will not be accommodated.

4. Additional Services & Charges

  • Extra Services: May include catering, equipment rental, or other add-ons and may incur additional charges.
  • Approved Vendors Only: All services must be arranged through Volt Raceway-approved vendors.

5. Track License & Membership Perks

  • Track License: Available for $6.95, includes 1-year access to the Thrill or Fun track.
  • Includes:
    • Reusable Head Sock ($4.50 value)
    • Personalized Race Results
    • Birthday Race Perk ($31 value)
    • Loyalty Points Program
  • Perk Conditions:
    • Perks are non-transferable.
    • Must show valid Track License or License number to redeem.
    • Some perks may require advance booking.
    • Birthday perks valid on actual birthday only and must be claimed in person with ID.
    • Misuse may result in termination of Track License.
  • Loyalty Points:
    • Earn 1 point per $1 spent.
    • Redeemable for track sessions only.
    • 300 points = 1 race session (public or advance races only).
    • Points and perks hold no cash value.
  • Changes to Terms: Volt Raceway reserves the right to update or discontinue perks at any time with official notice.

6. Safety & Equipment Use

  • Helmets and safety gear are provided by Volt Raceway.
  • Personal helmets are allowed if they meet safety standards (DOT, Snell, etc.) and are approved by staff.
  • All participants must follow Volt Raceway’s safety protocols and track rules.

7. General Event & Activity Policies

  • Groups fewer than 10 participants (not booked as a party) are subject to regular walk-in pricing and must hold a valid Track License.
  • Separate safety rules apply for Axe Throwing and Pool. Details are provided at booking or upon arrival.
  • Volt Raceway reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating safety rules or misusing services.

Changes to Terms:

Volt Raceway reserves the right to update or discontinue perks or conditions at any time. Members will be notified through official communication channels.
